Security depositA $250 card hold, not a charge. Released within 2 business days after return.
The $250 deposit is an authorization hold on your credit or debit card, placed before the trailer is released — at pickup, or before we drop it off if you choose delivery. A hold sets the funds aside on your card but isn't a charge. Our booking system automatically renews the hold every 7 days while your rental continues. If a renewal can't go through for any reason, the system charges the original $250 hold instead, and we refund it on the same terms as a hold. We release the hold (or refund the deposit) within 2 business days after we inspect the returned trailer, less any fees or damage charges, plus card-processing time.
Hourly rentals$35 an hour, 4-hour minimum. Never more than the daily rate.

Rental periodsA day is 24 hours from your start time. A week is 7 days; 4 weeks is 28.
A day is 24 consecutive hours from your start time, a week is 7 consecutive days, and a 4-week rental is 28 consecutive days.
Late returns30-minute grace period. After that, $35 an hour plus a one-time $50 fee.
You get a 30-minute grace period: return the trailer within 30 minutes of your scheduled time and there's no late fee. If it's more than 30 minutes late, you're billed $35 per hour, counted from your scheduled return time and rounded up to the next full hour (41 minutes late is billed as 1 hour), up to one daily rate for each 24-hour period, plus a one-time $50 late administrative fee.
CleaningBring it back empty and swept out, or a $50 cleaning fee applies.
Please dump your load fully and sweep out debris. A $50 cleaning fee plus any applicable disposal fees applies if the trailer comes back with dirt, debris, or any of your load left in or on it.
CancellationsFree with 48+ hours' notice. Less notice or a no-show: one daily rate.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your start time for a full refund and no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged one daily rate, or the estimated rental charge if that's less. If you book less than 48 hours before your start time, you can cancel at no charge until the day of your start; cancellations on the day of your start are charged as above.
ReschedulingFree with 24+ hours' notice. Under 24 hours: a $50 fee.
Rescheduling isn't a cancellation. Move your dates with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge, subject to availability. Reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $50 administrative fee.
Delivery$50 each way within 15 miles, $3 a mile beyond. We drop off and pick up.
$50 each way within 15 miles of our Easley pickup location, plus $3 per mile beyond that. We drop the trailer off at the address you give us and pick it up there when your rental ends, and we complete the return condition check at pickup. We leave the trailer unhitched, so you'll hook up to your own tow vehicle. If you don't have a properly rated tow vehicle, the trailer stays where we place it and you can't raise the dump bed — it only dumps safely when hitched to a tow vehicle. We can't haul or dump your load, so the trailer must be empty when we come to pick it up. If the trailer isn't ready for pickup when we arrive — still loaded, still hitched, blocked in, or not accessible — late return charges apply until it's ready, plus a $50 return-trip fee for each extra trip we make (plus $3 per mile beyond 15 miles).

A card on file is required to confirm your reservation, and we may charge it for cancellation or rescheduling fees and other amounts you owe under your rental agreement. Key terms in plain English
Every renter signs a rental agreement before the trailer is released. This is a summary of the key terms — the signed agreement controls.
Who can rent
Renters and any additional drivers must be at least 25 with a valid, unrestricted driver's license, shown before the trailer is released. Only drivers listed on the agreement may tow it.
Your tow vehicle
It must be registered, insured, and rated for the trailer's full 9,990 lb GVWR, with a correctly sized hitch and ball, a working 7-way connector, and a brake controller. Any hookup help from us is a courtesy — you're responsible for the hitch connection and safe towing. If you rent with delivery and have no tow vehicle, you can't move the trailer or raise the dump bed.
Insurance
You need auto liability insurance on your tow vehicle, at no less than South Carolina's minimum limits, that extends to the towed trailer, and you must show proof of it before the trailer is released. Your insurance is primary; any insurance we carry applies only after yours. You're responsible for any loss, damage, or claims from your use of the trailer that insurance doesn't pay. Many personal policies don't cover a rented trailer, so check yours first. If you rent for business use, commercial auto coverage is required.
Damage and loss
During your rental you're responsible for loss of or damage to the trailer from any cause, whether or not it's your fault — including collision, overloading, tire damage, hydraulic damage, weather, vandalism, and theft — but not normal wear and tear or mechanical failure you didn't cause. You pay the repair cost (or the trailer's replacement value if it's stolen or a total loss), plus loss of use at the daily rate while it's out of service, and related costs such as towing, diminished value, our insurance deductible, and a damage-claim administrative fee. The security deposit is not a limit on what you may owe.
How you can use it
Stay within the trailer's weight limits. No hazardous materials, uncured concrete, or passengers or animals in or on the trailer; no towing another trailer or vehicle; no subleasing or modifications; and cover and secure every load. Never raise the dump bed under power lines, tree limbs, or other overhead obstructions, and don't text or use a handheld phone while towing. Stay in South Carolina unless we've approved travel elsewhere in writing (text or email counts).
GPS tracking
The trailer has an active GPS tracker. You consent to location tracking during your rental for theft recovery and to verify compliance with the agreement.
Accidents and breakdowns
Tell us within 2 hours of any accident, damage, theft, vandalism, or breakdown, and report theft or vandalism to the police within 24 hours. Send us any claim or legal papers you receive within 2 days. Stop using the trailer if it becomes unsafe. If it breaks down through no fault of yours, we'll repair it, swap it, or refund the unused time.
Returns and extensions
Return the trailer empty, swept clean, and with all accessories. Extensions must be approved by text or email before your return time, and there is no refund for returning early. If the trailer isn't returned within 24 hours after your scheduled return and we haven't approved an extension, we may treat it as unlawfully retained and recover it.
Business renters
If you rent on behalf of a business, the person signing personally guarantees the business's obligations.
Liability and payment
The trailer is rented as-is. We aren't liable for lost profits, job delays, or loss of or damage to your cargo, and our total liability is limited to the rental charges you paid, except where South Carolina law doesn't allow that. You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the trailer. Amounts unpaid 30 days after they're due accrue simple interest at 1.5% per month (or the legal maximum, if lower), and you agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees.
